What you need to know
Welcome to our Sixteenth Annual 5K Run! Join us again by running for a great cause. St. George and St. Shenouda are working towards building a new Coptic Center to serve the community. By participating in our Christian themed 5K Run (run/walk/crawl/whatever!), you're helping us reach our goal of building a new home for our congregation! As always, stay for the BBQ at the park afterwards. Support the community by completing 5K as you observe inspirational Christian themes along the way.
EYS5K is going host 2 runs that will begin at the same time. We will have a race for the youth starting at the age of 14-17 and another race for the adults from the age of 18+. Both races will begin at the same time and we will have 3 winners for the youth race and 6 winners for the adult race.
As every year, all runners will be timed electronically using a large finish clock, race computers, numbered bibs and more!
Great prizes will be awarded in various categories including top three fastest male runners, top three fastest female runners, top three fastest youth runners, and the top fundraiser!
