Are you qualified?
Safety is our number one priority at the Exercise Your Spirit 5K Run. As a result, we have a few qualification every runner must meet in order to ensure the safety and health of all participants.
Age: All participants must be 14 years of age or older.
Minors: Any participants younger than 18 will need to have a parental signature before race time.
Cost: Spectators will be charged $10 for the BBQ, and $10 for the T-Shirt.
Medical Fitness: All competitors should be medically fit to run and understand they enter at their own risk.
Runners Ages 14-17: All competitors must be guaranteed at least $50 worth of pledges for completing the EYS 5K Run.
Runners Ages 18 and up: All competitors must be guaranteed at least $75 worth of pledges for completing the EYS 5K Run.
